These Terms of Use ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and the developer of AI Memory Vault ("the App", "we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
AI Memory Vault is a private digital journaling application for iOS. It lets you capture text, photos, voice memos, videos and moods, and generates reflections and insights using on-device artificial intelligence. All content is stored locally on your device, with optional synchronization through your private iCloud account.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
The App does not require you to create an account. All data you create remains under your control on your device. You are responsible for maintaining backups and for the security of the device on which the App is installed.
AI Memory Vault is free to download and offers optional premium features through auto-renewing subscriptions processed by Apple:
Prices vary by region and may change. Your local price is shown on the paywall.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Any unused portion of a free trial (if offered) is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Refunds are handled solely by Apple under its standard refund policy.
You retain all rights to the content you create in the App ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of your journal entries, photos, voice recordings or any other material. You grant us only the limited technical permission necessary to store, display, and process Your Content on your device in order to provide the App's features. We do not access, sell, or share Your Content.

The App's insights, reflections and summaries are generated by on-device AI models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate in certain contexts. AI output is not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. If you need professional advice, please consult a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
The App, including its design, code, trademarks, text, graphics, and other assets (excluding Your Content), is owned by the developer and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may suspend or terminate your right to use the App at any time if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual-property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you use the App from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with local law.
